FENCING TRAINING CAMP IN NAUCELLE ( FRANCE )
The Association DEFI-PLUS organizes the third edition of the international Fencing Training Camp in epee in NAUCELLE (FRANCE). This Fencing Training Camp takes place from 22 to 28th august 2009 in NAUCELLE. NAUCELLE is a small town 120 Km to the north of TOULOUSE, 20Km from RODEZ , and 600 Km south of PARIS. This Fencing Camp is approved by the Fencing French Federation. It's open to fencers girls and boys (with a licence in their own country) from age 13 to 20. PROGRAM 3-4 hours minimum of fencing a day : assaults, individual and collective lessons, individual and team competitions.... But also, physical preparation, orienteering, archery, educative boxing, swimming, canoeing (2006-2009), paint ball (2007), team sports, bike and run, mountain biking... Fencing Camp director. Master of weapon, P.E. teacher, member of the French Team from 1995 to 2002 ( 45 world cups participation). Master of weapon to the Toulouse Université Club.
BESNARD CYRIL (FRANCE)
Master of weapon to the CEJM LIVRY GARGAN (First division in senior). Specialist in epee.
VAN LAECKE Yoeri (BELGIUM):
Master of weapon to GANT (BELGIUM). Member of the Belgium Team: N°4 to the senior world classment 2004, 7 times podium in a senior world cup, 2nd to the European Championships Junior 1997, 14 times Belgium Champion.
DANGEON THOMAS (FRANCE)
Master of weapon to the LAGARDERE PARIS RACING (first division in senior). Specialist in epee.
GUILLARD CHRISTOPHE (FRANCE)
P.E. teacher. Physical preparator. Specialist in fighting sports.
VITALE SARA (ITALY) Master of weapons in GENE (ITALIA). Specialist in epee
HOW TO GO THERE By the road: www.mappy.fr By plane: airport at RODEZ (20 km from NAUCELLE) with flights from Paris and London (Ryanair). The other airport is TOULOUSE (120Km to NAUCELLE.(After you can take a train): all the compagnies. By train: There is also organized transport from PARIS supervised by 2 coaches. The group will leave PARIS AUSTERLITZ (railway station) and will arrive in NAUCELLE (Railway station). PRICE 430 Euros. Payable by cheque or bank transfer on the association DEFI-PLUS's bank.

In 2009: 50 fencers was present from FRANCE, USA, ITALIA, ENGLAND, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG. With the European champion by team (the french Theo CARNEAU), the Belgium Champion (Verehlle Nicolas), the Luxembourg Champion (STRASSER Lynn) and the second to the French Championships (LUCANI Quentin) In 2008: 40 fencers was present from France (23 differents clubs) but also USA, ESTONIA, BELGIUM.
